OTHER PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES:

One of the key aims of CYGNETS is to provide a wide variety of performance opportunities.  We are already well established for putting on:

  • Very successful Easter and Summer courses leading to a performance at the end: Matilda, Oliver, Annie, Grease, Lion King and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

  • One day events such as “Sing Songs from Wicked in a Day” and “Sing Songs from Les Mis in a Day”

  • November 2017 saw us performing at The Macclesfield Christmas Lights Switch to huge crowds, and at the “Sing Macc Pink” concert for the charity ‘Prevent Breast Cancer’

  • Through our weekly Musical Theatre classes, we have already staged a super showcase of the shows ‘Aladdin’ and ‘We Will Rock You’, which was very well received by friends and family.

  • Our Musical Theatre Group performance of Hairspray Jr in July 2018.

Anyone who has seen or been involved in CYGNETS events before will know that we always aim to bring out the best in all participating, giving everyone equal opportunities to try new things and shine. Not only that, all taking part develop confidence, learn many new skills, make new friends, and have lots of fun whilst producing amazing shows.

As we are a not-for-profit group, our events are also extremely good value for money, all abilities are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. So please do come and try a FREE TASTER SESSION.
